At MEC, we are committed to providing unforgettable experiences at our events and trips. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Below, we outline our refund and cancellation policy to ensure transparency and clarity for all our customers.
1. MEC Events
1.1. Refunds for Customer Cancellations
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the customer.
In some cases, tickets may be transferred to another attendee, provided that MEC is notified at least 48 hours in advance and confirms the transfer.
Service fees, administrative charges, or third-party commissions are non-refundable.
1.2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
If MEC cancels an event, a full refund will be offered, or the payment may be applied to a future event.
If an event is rescheduled, the ticket will remain valid for the new date. If the attendee cannot attend, they may request a partial refund (excluding administrative fees and service charges) within 7 days of the date change announcement.
1.3. Expulsion from the Event
No refunds will be issued if an attendee is removed from the event for violating MEC’s conduct, safety, or policy guidelines.
2. Trip to Fuego Fuego Festival x MEC
2.1. Refunds for Customer Cancellations
No refunds will be issued once the trip package has been purchased.
The package is transferable to another person if the original purchaser cannot attend, provided that MEC is notified at least 10 days in advance and approves the transfer.
Service fees, third-party commissions, and administrative charges are non-refundable.
2.2. Trip Cancellation by MEC
In the event that MEC cancels the trip, a 100% refund of the amount paid will be issued.
If the trip date or conditions are modified, customers may request a partial refund or accept the proposed changes.
2.3. No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to show up on the departure date, their reservation will be automatically forfeited with no refund or compensation.
2.4. Expulsion from the Trip
If a passenger is expelled from the trip for violating conduct, safety, or respect guidelines, they will not be entitled to a refund or compensation.
3. General Considerations
By purchasing a ticket or trip package, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
All requests for changes or transfers must be submitted via email to [contact email] with the ticket holder’s information and reason for the request.
