FAQ
How do I get my ticket?
Right after you pay, your ticket with its QR code is emailed to you. You can also add it to Apple Wallet from the confirmation page or the email.
Do I need to print it?
No. Show the QR code on your phone at the door, and turn your screen brightness up so it scans quickly.
Are tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, but they are transferable — you can give your ticket to a friend.
How do I send my ticket to a friend?
Forward them your confirmation email. The QR code inside it is the ticket, and each code scans only once.
What ID should I bring?
A valid government-issued photo ID. Age limits are set by the venue and checked at the door.
I did not get my email. What now?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Contact us and we will resend it.
